- everyday living support, personal care and medication prompts
- assisting with clinical care such as PEG feeding, bowel care, stoma care and catheter support
- supporting transport to appointments, shops and social activities
- using positive behaviour support strategies when challenges arise
- encouraging independence, skills building and community participation
