We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Distribution Clerk to join our logistics team within UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations, maintaining accurate data entry, and supporting overall supply chain activities. • Coordinate and oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Utilise transportation management systems (TMS) and SyteLine to track shipments, update records, and generate reports
• Manage data entry related to inventory levels, shipment details, and order processing with precision
• Assist in analysing supply chain data to optimise logistics operations and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers using professional phone etiquette
• Support third-party logistics providers (3PL) in coordinating shipments and resolving issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during all distribution activities
• Maintain organised documentation for all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions

Skills

• Uk full license
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), AS400, and SyteLine software programmes
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations, including shipping & receiving procedures
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and optimise distribution workflows
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette
• Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments
• Familiarity with 3PL operations and logistics industry standards
• Good typing speed for efficient record keeping and documentation tasks
• Organised approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously within fast-paced settings
