The Clatterbridge Centre, Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, Liverpool University Hospitals, Liverpool Women’s Hospital or The Walton Centre. The successful candidate will join our busy Head and Neck Care Group team on a full‑time basis and will be responsible for registering new referrals, booking appointments via IPM and e‑referral, answering telephone queries and general office tasks. You will work closely with the existing admin team and interact with patients on the telephone. Good communication skills are essential.Responsibilities

- GCSE or equivalent
- Experience dealing with confidential matters

- Proficient with Word and Excel
