- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to maximise mutual benefit
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Manage sales pipeline effectively using IT tools and CRM software
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, competitors, and market trends
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar sales environment is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence is essential for client visits and meetings outside the office
- Experience in IT systems utilisation for sales management and reporting purposes
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organise multiple priorities efficiently
- Prior experience in customer service roles will be considered advantageous
