The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of agricultural and machinery products from our franchised manufacturers, as well as supporting our diverse customer base with additional equipment brands. Full manufacturer-level training will be provided to support your professional development and ensure you are equipped with the latest technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on machinery from our franchised product range, including CFMOTO, Deutz Fahr, Dieci, McHale, Pottinger, and other leading brands.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools.
- Perform repairs efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Maintain and service a variety of additional machinery brands to support the needs of our large and diverse customer base.
- Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude when working on-site or in the workshop.

- Previous experience working with agricultural, plant, or machinery equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Full driving licence required.
