Your Profile & DNA:The Service Desk Management (E2) role is responsible for providing efficient and high-quality technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, improving service processes, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely updates and closures
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (Infrastructure, Applications, Security) for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Support onboarding/offboarding activities (user accounts, access provisioning)
- Train and guide junior service desk analysts (E1 level)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service desk operations
Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
