Electrical Engineer

We are supporting a manufacturing company operating in a high-volume production environment, currently looking for hands-on engineers to strengthen its technical team.The role is focused on diagnosing production issues, optimizing machine performance, performing adjustments and supporting tooling changes, ensuring efficient and stable operations.
This is a shop-floor engineering role, not a maintenance or office-based position.
Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve production and process issues on machinery
• Perform machine adjustments and optimization to improve output and efficiency
• Support and execute tooling and mold changes
• Work closely with operators and production teams
• Identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure stable production performance in a fast-paced environment

Profile Requirements

• Degree or background in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience in manufacturing / production environments
• Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot and optimize processes
• Hands-on mindset – comfortable working directly on the shop floor
• Experience with machinery adjustments, tooling or process improvement
• Good level of English (required)
