Restaurant Duty Manager/Supervisor

About the RoleAs a Duty Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating the Front of House team during service;
• Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences;
• Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally;
• Taking orders, running food and beverages, and assisting the team where required;
• Opening and closing the venue;
• Assisting with staff training and development;
• Ensuring service standards and venue presentation are maintained at all times; and
• Working closely with management to support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or management role;
• A current RSA;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example;
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences; and
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
