Production Worker position with Green Card support (EB-3) in Georgia. No degree or experience required.Job Summary:
The Production Worker (full-time) will oversee the production of quality food products and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.Duties/Responsibilities:
Engages in production operations on assigned shift; Prepares work area to ensure efficient operations; Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment; Ensures that products are identified, weighed, and warehoused correctly; Troubleshoot issues that arise; Notifies Supervisors and maintenance department of equipment problems; Ensures that they comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures; Performs other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:
Ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery; Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; Analytical and problem-solving skills.Education and Experience: NonePhysical Requirements:
Must be able to traverse the production facility; Must be able to lift, at least, 25 pounds at a time; Must be able to handle warm and cold temperatures.Pay: From $13.00 per hourBenefits:
