Able to Thrive Australia is an Australian NDIS-registered disability support provider based in Ashfield, Sydney, NSW. They provide personalised support services for people with disabilities, focusing on independence, community participation, and capacity building.A Disability Support Work role involves helping people with disabilities live more independently and participate in everyday life at home and in the community. Typical Disability Support Worker duties:Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)Helping with meal preparation and household tasksSupporting clients in community activities and appointmentsProviding companionship and emotional supportAssisting with mobility and transportSupporting participants with NDIS goalsWriting progress notes and incident reportsMedication reminders or support (depending on training)Supporting people with autism, mental health conditions, or complex behavioursPay: $5,800.00 – $6,500.00 per monthBenefits:
