Site Maintenance Supervisor Main Job Responsibilities Typical duties include: Supervising day-to-day site and yard maintenance activities Minor building repairs and general maintenance Coordinating contractors and maintenance workers Managing tools, equipment, and maintenance schedules Ensuring health and safety compliance on site Organising repairs for facilities, fencing, drainage, lighting, and site infrastructure Leading by example and supporting maintenance teams Reporting maintenance issues and planning preventative maintenance work Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment at all times Skills & Requirements Previous maintenance or construction supervision experience Good knowledge of building and site maintenance Leadership and team management skills Health & Safety awareness Full New Zealand driver's licence Ability to work independently and solve problems Experience with plant, machinery, or civil infrastructure is an advantage Pay: From $7,750.00 per month Benefits:
