Legal Transformation Manager

We’re partnering with a leading law firm investing heavily in digital and AI, seeking a Legal Transformation Manager to help reshape how complex legal work is delivered.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of law, technology and strategy, working directly with partners to embed digital solutions into live matters, drive adoption, and influence how legal services are priced, resourced and delivered.
You’ll play a central role in scaling digital and AI capability across the firm by:

• Establishing and leading a digital enablement community to share best practice, improve consistency, and align how digital and AI solutions are embedded into legal work
• Partnering closely with Practice Group Leaders, Solution Owners and Digital & AI Partners to integrate tools into day-to-day legal workflows
• Driving adoption and effective use of digital solutions across practice groups
• Developing and coordinating adoption plans for core tools, including delivery approaches, success metrics and KPIs
• Designing and delivering engagement, awareness and change initiatives to support sustained adoption
• Partnering with L&D to shape practical, user-centric digital learning experiences

What you’ll bring

• Strong project management, change management and process improvement capability
• Experience leading implementation, engagement and successful adoption of digital tools within a legal or professional services environment
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including partners

This role would suit an experienced transactional lawyer who has moved into innovation, or someone currently combining legal practice with transformation work.
