ConsultANZis seekingProject Control Managerto join a leading civil engineering and construction company in New Zealand. These roles are based in Auckland, Christchurch, and Tauranga, and offer the opportunity to be involved in the planning, coordination, and control of large-scale and complex engineering works, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and performance updates * Work with site teams, engineers, and project managers to achieve project goals * Manage costs, procurement, contracts, and project controls * Identify ways to improve project performance and reduce costs * Manage schedules, risks, and resources on medium to large projects Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field * 8+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or planning * Experience with CANDY CCS software (highly desirable) * Technical knowledge of bridges, concrete works, piling, or similar structures. * Good understanding of cost reporting, procurement, and contracts * Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills * Experience in top civil engineering companies or large industrial projects Benefits * Permanent full-time role with a salary of $130K–$150K, depending on experience. * Work on major projects across Auckland, Christchurch, and Tauranga. * Join a supportive team with strong career growth opportunities. * Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for the right candidate.
