General Dentist - (Starting Salary $275,000) Relocation - Central Coast Area

Fast growing company in California General DentistWe are looking for an energetic and friendly general dentist to join our team of professionals in our locations in California; Paso Robles, Santa Maria, and Lompoc offices.Associates have full autonomy in establishing their treatment plans and rendering care. We offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentorship. You can concentrate on your area of expertise while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. This is a full-time position. Compensation & Benefits:

• $900 - $1,200 Daily Minimum Guarantee (amount based on experience)
• 33% of Net Production or Daily minimum, the higher of the two
• Possibility of making up to 35% of net production based on tenure. The longer you stay, the more you make
• Performance bonus of $20,000 (2 year contract, amount based on experience)

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Responsible for providing and delivering quality dental care to our patients
• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations
• Ensure treatment plan is reviewed with each family, and receive informed consents for treatments services
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
• Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment
