Work Location: In person
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live life on their own terms — with independence, choice, and dignity
- Helping with daily activities, personal care, and community outings in a person-centred way
- Building genuine, trusting relationships with the people you support and their families
- Encouraging hobbies, social activities, and new experiences — every day is different
- Supporting with medication under guidance from our clinical nursing team
- Keeping clear, accurate records and communicating with the wider team

- A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
