Bartender

Jai Ho & Jump Inn is a vibrant, busy and welcoming venue located in The Gap, Alice Springs. About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting quality drinks, making menus, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to a positive and energetic venue environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with venue standards Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all patrons Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times Check identification and comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately Monitor patron behaviour and manage intoxicated or disruptive guests in accordance with NT licensing laws Assist with stock management, ordering, and rotation Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure a seamless guest experience Adhere to all workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures Skills & Experience Required Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred Current NT Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Cash handling experience Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (in accordance with the Hospitality Industry General Award) A supportive and friendly team environment Opportunities for growth and development within the venue How to Apply Interested candidates should send their resume and a brief cover letter to the venue manager at Jai Ho & Jump Inn, 4 Traeger Ave, The Gap NT 0870,Email: vishu_luck2001@yahoo.comphone: 0459 198 565 Jai Ho & Jump Inn is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Casual
