Candidates will receive structured training, mentorship, and sponsorship for the required financial industry licensing examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial assessments to understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment objectives
- Develop customized financial plans and wealth management strategies
- Provide ongoing financial guidance, portfolio reviews, and advisory support
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment solutions, protection planning, and banking-related financial products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through strong networking and client engagement
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, compliance, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality advisory services and improve client experience
- Achieve individual sales and client acquisition KPIs
Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with relevant working experience
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Malaysians willing to relocate to Singapore are encouraged to apply
- Candidates currently working in Singapore or holding a Singapore EP are welcome
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
- Passionate about finance, investments, wealth management, and client advisory
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and building professional networks
Salary & Benefits
- Fresh graduates: SGD 4,000 basic salary + attractive commission structure
- Experienced candidates may negotiate a higher salary package based on relevant experience
- Employment Pass (EP) sponsorship provided for eligible candidates

Training & Licensing Process
- Candidates are required to complete several financial industry licensing examinations
- Estimated overall onboarding and licensing process: approximately 2–3 months
- Study support sessions will be arranged:
- Singapore-based candidates: Face-to-face study sessions provided
- Malaysia-based candidates: Virtual study support provided
- Examination fees will be compensated by the company upon confirmation
- Travel allowance/support may be provided for candidates attending physical examinations or study sessions in Singapore
KPI & Performance Expectations
- Probation period: 3 months
- Performance reviews conducted every 3 months under EP requirements
- Monthly KPI includes client acquisition and sales performance
- Advisors are expected to manage and close approximately 5–6 clients monthly
- Suitable for candidates who are ambitious, resilient, and motivated by performance-based rewards
