We are a busy manufacturer and project management company based in Redditch and are currently looking for a reliable and organised Admin / Sales Support Assistant to join our team.This is initially a temporary position with the opportunity to progress into a full-time permanent role for the right candidate.As a Living Wage Employer, we are committed to fair pay and a supportive working environment. We also hold a UK Sponsor Licence, meaning we are able to consider applicants who require sponsorship.Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with sales enquiries and customer communications
  • Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing quotations and documentation
  • Supporting project coordination and internal teams
  • Handling emails, phone calls, and customer queries

Requirements:
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous admin or sales support experience preferred but not essential
