Working across medical, surgical, emergency, maternity, rehabilitation, and aged care wards, this role focuses on patient comfort, safety, and wellbeing. What You'll Do?Assist patients with washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.Support nurses with routine patient care and ward duties.Monitor and report changes in patient condition to clinical staff.Assist with safe patient movement, transfers, and mobility support.Provide basic comfort care such as bedding, positioning, and hygiene.Prepare and clean patient rooms and hospital equipment.Restock supplies and support ward organisation.Follow infection control and hygiene protocols.Assist with non-clinical patient observations.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
