8. AI features

AI-assisted résumé tools generate suggestions based on the information you provide and job context you select. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular employer or role.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use. Do not submit sensitive information you are not comfortable sharing with our AI subprocessors. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, rejections, or errors arising from AI-generated content.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you delete your account or ask us to delete data, we will take reasonable steps to remove or anonymise personal information, except where we must keep certain records (for example billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance).

Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course of operations.
