Allevia Health is a healthcare services organization that operates hospitals, radiology, cancer care, occupational health, and specialist clinics across New Zealand.An experienced sonographer is a qualified ultrasound professional (typically with 5+ years of experience) who performs advanced diagnostic imaging, mentors junior staff, and may specialize in areas such as obstetrics, vascular, musculoskeletal, or cardiac sonography. Key responsibilities:Perform complex ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality diagnostic images.Assess patients and explain procedures.Identify abnormal findings and communicate urgent results to clinicians.Maintain accurate imaging records and reports.Train and supervise trainee or junior sonographers.Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and quality standards.Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.Pay: $9,500.00 – $11,000.00 per monthBenefits:
