We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers / Healthcare Assistants to support residents in maintaining their dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life. About the RoleAs a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and daily living support to residents while working closely with Registered Nurses and the wider care team. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneSupport mobility, transfers, and daily activitiesHelp with meals, hydration, and feeding assistanceMonitor resident wellbeing and report concerns to nursing staffMaintain accurate care records and documentationProvide companionship and emotional supportFollow infection control, health and safety, and aged-care proceduresWork collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care staff RequirementsNZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 3 or 4) preferredPrevious aged-care, healthcare, or disability support experience is advantageousStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and resident-focused approachAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nightsCommitment to delivering high-quality care What We Offer?Supportive and friendly team environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesCareer progression within aged careMeaningful work supporting older New ZealandersJoin Metlifecare and help create a caring, safe, and positive environment for our residents.Pay: From $5,000.00 per monthBenefits:
