Work Location: In person
- Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility
- Supporting residents at mealtimes and with medication under supervision
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Contributing to care plans and reporting changes in residents' conditions
- Encouraging participation in activities and social engagement
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
About You
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- A kind, patient, and empathetic nature
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
