Introduction Head Professionals is recruiting qualified Millwrights, Fitters, and Maintenance Technicians for permanent placement with Dutch industrial employers. You'll be the go-to person keeping production equipment running at a Dutch industrial site, covering both mechanical and electrical maintenance, not sitting in a narrow lane doing one or the other. Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Carry out installations, modifications, and equipment upgrades
• Work alongside engineers and technicians to keep downtime to a minimum
• Support continuous improvement on the production floor

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Millwright Trade Test, Red Seal, N-Diploma, or related mechanical/electrical trade qualification
• Also open to Fitter, Fitter and Turner, Instrument Technician, or Mechanical Technician backgrounds
• 2+ years post-trade experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience in food or pharma manufacturing is a strong plus
• Fluent in Afrikaans (essential)
• English or Dutch a bonus
• Willing to relocate permanently to the Netherlands

Package & Remuneration

• Salary: €4357 gross per month
• Permanent contract, no temp or agency placement
• 5-year Highly Skilled Migrant visa
