What You’ll Do:

• Nutrition assessments and patient care planning.
• Educate patients regarding nutrition to promote wellness.
• Collaborate with RDs, Physicians, Speech & Occupational Therapists.
• Provide nutrition support in rehabilitation and healthcare settings.
• Help improve patient outcomes using “Food as Medicine”.
