Allevia Health is a healthcare services organization that operates hospitals, radiology, cancer care, occupational health, and specialist clinics across New Zealand.An experienced MRI Technologist performs advanced magnetic resonance imaging procedures, often handling complex cases, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high standards of patient care and image quality. They may also take on supervisory, training, quality assurance, or protocol-development responsibilities. Key responsibilities:Perform routine and advanced MRI examinationsOperate and troubleshoot MRI equipmentAdminister contrast agents when requiredEnsure MRI safety compliance for patients and staffReview image quality and optimize scanning protocolsAssist radiologists with specialized proceduresTrain and mentor junior MRI technologists and studentsParticipate in quality improvement and accreditation activitiesCoordinate workflow and support departmental operationsProvide excellent patient care, including for critically ill or anxious patientsPay: $9,200.00 – $11,700.00 per monthBenefits:
