Our client is an established integrated public relations and marketing communications agency with more than 25 years of experience. The agency represents a diverse portfolio of prominent brands across food and beverage, hospitality, lifestyle, consumer electronics, health, beauty and wellness, arts and real estate. They are looking for an experienced PR professional who is passionate about storytelling, media relations and delivering quality client service.
The RoleAs a Senior PR Consultant or Assistant PR Manager, you will manage multiple client accounts and campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment. You should be a strong writer, confident communicator and effective networker who can build genuine, long-term relationships with media contacts. You will also be expected to understand client needs, manage expectations professionally and contribute to client retention. Salary range: (SGD 5,000 to SGD 6,500)
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute client PR campaigns across multiple accounts and projects.
  • Support day-to-day campaign activities, including media pitching, database research and media liaison.
  • Prepare and maintain campaign timelines, media lists, status reports and coverage updates.
  • Manage client communications and implement agreed PR strategies.
  • Conduct media and industry research to identify relevant trends, news angles and opportunities for clients.
  • Monitor media coverage and track conversations relating to clients and their industries.
  • Draft and tailor PR materials, including media pitches, press releases, spokesperson profiles and fact sheets, for internal review.
  • Pitch stories and coordinate follow-ups with journalists and other media contacts.
  • Conduct media outreach and maintain accurate, up-to-date media contact lists.
  • Coordinate and execute media events, tastings, interviews and media tours.
  • Ensure all assigned work is accurate, delivered on time and aligned with internal quality standards.


Requirements
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant industry experience within a reputable food and beverage establishment or the hotel industry.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to shape clear and compelling messages.
  • Strong media networking, relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Professional, flexible and committed to delivering quality client service.
  • Creative, energetic, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Canva.
  • Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, blogs, forums and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Able to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
  • Willing to relocate to Singapore or commute between Singapore and the home country.
  • Employment Pass will be provided.
