Qualifications· Licensed Family Physician (MD) in good standing in their current jurisdiction· Completed a formal, recognized Family Medicine residency (postgraduate training) — this is the non-negotiable baseline· Eligible to pursue registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) through appropriate pathways· Open to internationally trained physicians who meet CPSBC training and recency expectations· Training from jurisdictions that are commonly recognized by CPSBC (e.g., USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and select others), with evidence of recent, continuous clinical practice· Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care in an integrated clinic environment· Interest in longitudinal primary care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary model What We Offer

- Permanent residency pathway available through the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) — Healthcare Professional stream
- Realistic timeline: 18 to 24 months from arrival to permanent residency
