Job description
- Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with daily living activities.
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and meal preparation when required.
- Support individuals to maintain independence and achieve personal goals.
- Administer or assist with medication following company policies.
- Accompany service users to appointments, social activities, and community events.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of care provided.
- Promote dignity, respect, choice, and wellbeing at all times.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and care regulations.

- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts.
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not always required.
